Kages Office

He finally gets back to his office after being out all day and of course he is not shocked to find a mountain of paper work piled up on top of his desk. He sits in his red chair and just stares at it. "For once I wish the people around here will use their own brains and just take care of these things." He pokes at the piles procrastinating like usual, knowing that it will not go anywhere unless he finishes it. He for once hopes for a distraction to come around and stall him from having to do this stuff. He pushes back from his desk and spins a bit in his swival chair and comes to a stop towards the window behind the protective glass behind his desk that overlooks the balcony and view of the village. He so wished he could be outside and painting today, but no he has to sit inside and be caged up in this room and probably having to work all night to finish this stuff. He lets out an audible sigh still hoping upon some sort of distraction to come around soon.

Mia would walk up the village streets of Yuzakigakure looking around with a cold look on her face not caring much for the people who was working or the kids who was calling her over to play. She had more to do than be with a brunch of silly kids who didn't even care about how their future was going to end up like she did. Instead she was going to go to the kage and ask him if she could have a solo mission or something that she could do for the village. He would have possibly something for her she was sure as she would walk up towards the kage manor knocking once before it open to a young lady that was expecting her to make an appearance it seem anyways leading her up the flight of stairs towards the kage office where she would knock twice annoucing Mia Kiemko arrival before walking away and leaving her to enter the office with the door open.

Hearing the knock on the door, Chojiro looks towards his desk. Just the thing he was looking for, some distraction but he had to look busy or else he could here the reports that the Village elders would try to file, not that they had any real power anymore. Chojiro just kept them around really as figure heads and greeters to important meetings and guests. Though they may have wisdom which he would listen to from time to time, they were not really an asset to the village anymore and more a reminder to him of the system that he had rebeled against when he took the position of kage.

He takes a piece of paper off the stack of paperwork and begins to read it over as the door opens nd Mia walks in. He continues to read the document, it was a request for funding from the hospital to get new equipment. Chojiro points to the seat across from his desk and asks for the young girl to be seated.

Looking inside seeing that her kage was reading over something would walk into the office on its wooden floors silently as she was pointed at a chair to sit at across from his desk. Silently looking downwards she would walk over and sit in it with her same cold look she always has on her face staring at the kage. As Mia would wait to be spoke to she would take out a kunai spinning it on her fingers bored as she needed to train and learn more so she could be a stronger shinobi than she was already.

After a few minutes of making her wait and making himself look important, he puts down the paper onto the desk. Chojiro then proceeds to sign it and puts his official seal on it. He then places it into the out box and then places his elbows on his desk and places his head on his hands. He looks towards Mia and opens his mouth to speak. "So what may I help you with today, I am sure you are not here because of a need for some small talk."
