Mental Traits: All members will give wide and staring eyes blankly in front of them when planning to manipulate other people or situations. They can also place their hands behind their back and fiddle with their thumbs as a substitute. (This doesn't mean they always will substitute the staring act however)
Clan Customs: To protect others in need, at all times, no matter what the cost, if they feel that whatever thing in question is being wronged and unjustified. Also they have festivals based on their clan's creation that are open to mostly any one that they are on friendly terms with twice a year.
Clan History:
Clan Foundation

- Artemis Prailius was a very diverse man who did things from studying the history of different countries to training vigorously with his body. During the time that his country was in trouble, he began to offer his services to the leading government of that time in order to maintain peace and order amongst his homeland. He was involved in many battles, and from this knowledge and experience he gained he realized that many different ninjas had allies and soldiers that nearly always wiped him out through sheer numbers. Artemis felt he had no choice but to now build a clan to help him take down these numerous and nearly overwhelming forces. His preference became those of the sand regions, which is the reason for their natural dark skin complexion. With these band of brothers, Artemis now attacked these opposing forces with his own personal army, but almost got them all killed through one confrontation. Feeling that their tactics were failing horribly, Artemis taught them his Aguresshibu (Aggressive) Style of fighting which was to attack with spectacular understanding of taijutsu to overwhelm each individual enemy. Once he had successfully taught them this, the Prailius clan quickly became known as the elite guards of the Sanction; the guards for the government.
Their actual KKG was not naturally breeded into the Prailius clan, but was in fact created through many scientific experiments, after the government had witnessed the power of the Uchihas and their unnatural eye powers. After failing again and again, the scientists of that current government was finally successful at making a somewhat hybrid copy of the Byakugan, and instilled it into every remaining Prailius clan member before they had any children. Now the Dasentekigan is a hereditary, but not natural, eye sight that can be activated by any relative of the Prailius.
General Tactics

- The Prailiuses were trained in the arts of excessive distribution; military force tactics. They are one of the few clans who supposedly have the supply of three times the average ninja’s chakra reserves. The equalizer is that it takes a lot of chakra to use any of the military jutsus, and besides the very basic or noteworthy commonly used jutsus (distributing chakra to the feet to walk on water and walls for example), they are not aware of any of the other jutsus, making most clan members vulnerable some times to even the most easiest of weapons or problems that Academy Students can avoid (random flying kunais and shrapnel or falling from high heights for example.) Because of their lack of knowledge on using jutsus however, this is why they rely on their bodies a lot more than any other average clan, helping them to accomplish amazing feats. Their saying is "To overcome any obstacle through the forces of your own capability and skill." This saying drives clan members to train their bodies to take on much more opposing force or resistance in general than moderate taijutsu fighters. They usually run into battle head on, but rely solely on these said "natural skills" to overcome their problems. They however are not reckless; if the entire clan realizes that their enemy can not be taken down through hand to hand combat alone, even with their superior skills, they rely on their military jutsu tactics of overpower and overkill. (distribution of sniper jutsu or rapid grenade jutsu to defend and attack simultaneously)
Royal Branch Tactics

- The royal branch's approach to combat is the same as every other branch, but the techniques and strategies used during the actual battle differs significantly. Most royal branch users do know basic and even different expert jutsus to supply their own jutsus and techniques with great advantage. Their pattern of attack, different from the other branch's strategy of simple clash and conquer, can be seen to use simple play-book tactics. For the most part repeated tactics and play by play strategies have been told and taught to royal branch members to defeat their opponent swiftly with the least amount of cost to their own chakra supply or even physical damage as much as possible. These members are usually the most cunning, and will seem to do the most underhanded things to win their battles and therefore annihilate their opponent before they are able to relay these tactics to anyone else.
Personality Traits

To the Prailius, the comparison of chakra use during the application of any of their own jutsus is the same amount as an average ninja using an average jutsu, so more than likely no other ninja other than clan members would be able to perform these military arts (besides the point that it's hereditary.) They are proud and some times loud people, but they go out of their way to help any other clan or government in need if they feel that they are being wronged. They are very judgmental, which causes problems at times to those they are opposing on a personal level (which isn't often considering the rulers of this clan advise not to confront themselves with anyone and only to lash out to defend) It wasn't until a few generations before Lex's that members began to successfully learn and apply psychology into their ranks of philosophical reign and power. These 'pure breed' type members usually will manipulate others to do what they feel needs to be done. They usually accomplish this by influencing actions amongst whoever they wish to use by the use of words or actions of their own. These complex members have now shown physical traits of such actions, which is to stare blankly in front of themselves with wide eyes or humming to themselves. They will also twiddle with their fingers behind their back when they get the chance to do so. But this is probably the only trait that links them to doing such acts, as each individual member displays their own personality that differs too much from any other when manipulating others or a situation. The ones that are successful at doing this and have a very noticeable different personality will then be dawned a code name according to their personality. Because of the very few names that the clan actually users on each other, there are only a mere handful that get to have this privilege of a special code name.
Conflict and Result

- This 'pure breed' of action however is what caused some of the clan to disagree with each other, and eventually caused a several number of the clan's branches (now called Pryce) to break off from the Prailius from a heavy dispute about the law of the free mind and band up all to make another full clan of their own, which they called the Variables. Most people claim that it was this clan that mysteriously attacked the Prailius clan and almost completely wiped them off of the planet. When asked about this, the Variables claim that they had nothing to do with the attack, but feel no remorse to their previous clan's demise. They also claimed to be called Pryce from this point forward, which they hinted was the price that the Prailius clan had to pay for such ignorance in power. Only 4 to 5 Prailius clan members are known to exist openly, and it is questionable if there are any more survivors. Because of the premature and unprepared sudden wipe out of the clan, many techniques and much of their S-rank jutsus are now lost, or hidden by the most loyal of summons of the clan.
Summon Relationship

- The Prailius have a sole animal species that they summon to detect and inform them of surrounding areas or simply for loyal company to the summoner known as platinum foxes (grey fox breed) These animals are usually not aggressive and are friendly to anyone that approaches them unless otherwise given a reason not to be. However, platinum foxes have also been known to mimic the personality of their owners if the master's influence on them is strong enough.
Kekki Genkai/Secert Clan Techniques
Kekkei Genkai Name: Dasentekigan (Mercenary eyesight)
Kekkei Genkai Description: This sight causes a physical difference to the user's eyes by inverting the an outer region of the eye, the cornea, into a royal blue color while the pupils are either black, grey, or white depending on rank or each member's knowledge and understanding of their heritage.
Kekkei Genkai Effect: The actual sight gives the user the ability see in the dark as well as look through objects depending on thickness. The sight can also help them pinpoint desired people and objects from around a hundred meters away. Also this sight is needed to allow them to perform any custom genjutsus that their clan has created. But because of it's unnatural and forced involvement into the Prailius clan, users will have strong psychological effects occur after every third use of it.

Sairensa Style/Silencer Style

Style Weapon: Prode (Tonfas)
Description: The silencer style is ideal for those light of heart that don't want to cause permanent harm to their enemy. This style generates more of a relaxed posture and is more reliant on the enemy attack than trying to engage in combat. Sairensa implies that you don't try to resist strikes from the opponent, but instead meet, and then flow with their movement until they lose their momentum completely before redirecting the flow back to strike the opponent with even more force. The style is seen as calm and graceful through the winding and swinging motions of the arms and legs. (The style is equivalent to Tai Chi Chuan)
Origin/History: One of the female leaders of the clan, who was dominant in the Aguresshibu (aggressive) style, traveled to different countries to find a much more calmer and more peaceful fighting style. Intrigued by this more fluent, graceful, and aesthetic type of fighting compared to her current one, she became excited to learn the style. This leader, Niaxa, returned back to her homeland and then to her clan and immediately began teaching the style to many of the members who didn't wish to overpower or dominate their opponents with force, but more with pure skill and display. The philosophy that most Sairensa users remember Niaxa teaching to them is that if one has a pliable body, it is much easier to bend and bounce from acceptance of a strike than to break and fold from resistance of a strike. Prailius' own variation of the tonfa weapon that they called the Prode became standard training equipment early in the style's development before much later actually being used as a field weapon effectively.
Aguresshibu Style/Aggressive Style

Description: The style is a seemingly wild but precise technique that focuses on quick strikes and not giving the opponent a chance to retaliate. This style is quite difficult to master, because it requires the entire body to be tested into confidence of relentless attack on the enemy. The results are being quite acrobatic, and the extended and common use of the legs and any given sword to the user. Though kicks are very crucial in this style, nothing is usually out of bounds when trying to dominate the enemy, which is mostly the purpose of using this style. High jumps and flying attacks are common from this style's goal and purpose; engage and conquer. (This style is equivalent to Yun Seong's style from Soul Calbur, which strangely enough seems to be a variant of different styles with no official name. But also this style can easily be referred to as equivalent to Tae Kwon Do)
Origin/History: This style was mainly the base of the Prailius clan's arsenal, and it is one of their most oldest styles to date. Artemis, the creator of the clan, realized that the primitive rule of the land was strength in numbers. He didn't like this idea, since he personally didn't have that much family or that many friends to join in if they engaged into a fight. He began to work on the aspect of sheer skill over numbers, and that if one was able to completely prevail over one opponent through all of their advances, then they would be able to do the same exact thing to the next opponent that possessed the same amount of skill as the previous opponent. With that current concept in mind, and with the current situation he was dealing with in numbers, he soon created the style of aggression over the enemy. The philosophy behind this style became that you must attack first, and you must attack hard. Leave no chances to strike back, and if the enemy even gets one, they shouldn't be at their full potential from your quick and precise efforts. It became only natural that the Chinese based sword that he had customized became a true weapon to use with the style on common use, keeping opponents away because of the seemingly lightning fast reflexes of the wielder.
Jinsoku Style/Rapid Style

Style Weapon: N/A
Description: This style is used when the user is already in combat while adrenaline is freshly running in the user's veins. Instead of using the adrenaline rush to become aggressive to relentlessly attack the opponent, this style uses most of the adrenaline that is reserved in the body (usually it is just the amount that is being used already during the battle, very rarely is any more adrenaline called upon) as a cost in expelling numerous powerful chunks of chakra from their body to use in any way that is possible. The manner that most recent clan members use this style however is through the frag grenade jutsu, but it can also be used to transfer their adrenaline to several different body parts to make their "rush" administer much faster reflexes and speed in that body part. A good example would be that a user of the style shifts their active adrenaline into their wielding arm to swing their weapon much harder and much faster at their opponent. However because over-dosage of adrenaline can cause temporary to even permanent damage to the body, this style is heavily disregarded in common use and is more than likely avoided unless needed for a last resort. The consequences of overusing adrenaline as the cost to expel chakra is extreme fatigue, brain damage, and possibly even a coma. Fatigue comes much faster when using the adrenaline in it's pure form to manipulate the reflex and speed of the body part than it would to use the adrenaline simply as a cost to expel chakra from their body. The usual time limit in which to reach complete exhaustion is usually five to ten minutes if shifting adrenaline to different parts of the body.
When getting to S-Rank and using the Rapid Style to expel chakra, it takes up to 4 posts for normal use; 5 posts to push the limit and cause temporary damage; 7 posts to cause some form of permanent damage to the body. For normal use, this style can be used 5 times a topic. When getting to S-Rank and using the Rapid style to shift adrenaline to different body parts, it takes up to 3 posts for normal use, 4 posts for temporary damage, and 5 posts for some form of permanent damage to the body. For normal use, this style can be used 3 times a topic. It takes 1 post to manipulate adrenaline and to use it as a cost to expel chakra. It takes another post to use this expelled chakra. It takes 2 posts to manipulate adrenaline enough to shift it throughout the body.
(Note: If 75% increase in the adrenaline is used whatsoever, users will seem to be teleporting. At A-Rank, users will seem to simply be from one place to another at a constant rate in very short distances. At S-Rank, users will serve as optical illusions as fading images of them will usually be what is left of their quick movements. At anything higher than S-Rank, the users' movements will no longer be able to be seen correctly, no matter what the circumstances. Their moves seem glitched and lagged tremendously, and can not be predicted usually in most scenarios.
75% Description in speed
A-Rank use will permit the ability of very quick bursts of speeds that will even let the user seem as if they are teleporting at short distances from their original positions. S-Rank use will make any of the user's movements seem lagged by at most 1 second delay. Results of this speed would be a clear after image left in place of said original position of any body part being used (the entire image of his body if the user decided to move) for one entire second before fading away completely from view and allowing most opponent's sight to catch up with the movements. Anything higher than S-Rank use will result in a very critical major boost to the point of not being able to align the speed with sight correctly. The user will seem glitched, and movements that have been made moments before will be seen quite clearly 1.5 seconds later, usually in a direction that does not pertain to any hitting area of value. (The user will seem to be attacking or firing at certain directions at random, but the attack is still aiming directly for the opponent's body) If able to be seen still through some sort of genjutsu, the amount of chakra being used at the time will still make the user seem lagged tremendously by 1.5 seconds in the user's actions.
Exhaustion Level of Rapid Style
Jounin: 2 posts of use before being exhausted
S-Rank: 3 posts of use before being exhausted
Leader: 5 posts of use before being exhausted
Origin/History:
Trenholm, Lex's great great grandfather, was part of the elite guard that protected high and important figures in the government. During his enrollment in this current position, a small war between the current ruling government and a questionable military power broke out. Through one of the large battles with these enemies, Trenholm realized that there was no way to win the fight and protect the established figures without losing a lot of good men, mainly because the opposing force could be said to have an almost equal standing against the Prailius clan. He realized that the opposing force relied heavily on chakra, much more than the average ninja, and figured that the only way to take care of them was to dispel their energy source from their bodies in some form or manner. He was able to do this through constantly trying to dispel his own chakra out of his body, failing many times for days on end until finally finding that substituting adrenaline (the most reoccurring body substance during battle) to sustain the body while expelling chakra completely out of the body was a successful method. From this, he relentlessly began to work at expelling chakra out of objects and then out of other people forcefully, making them unable to perform any forms of jutsus that required chakra. After winning this war did Trenholm delve deeper into this newly made style to harness several more different useful things like shifting the adrenaline to only certain parts of the body (usually the arms to use with the sword) in order to have much faster reflexes and little to no recoil in attacks with the body parts that are affected. The philosophy easily is that the enemy can no longer advance without an energy source.
Heki Risu Style/Split Fracture Style

Description: The user of this style must be an expert in both the Sairensa Style and the Aguresshibu Style comfortably before even able to properly use this style. Once done, the comprehension of the style's power can be understood as a high mixture of fluid movements while delivering quick strikes when necessary. The concept of the style is that the user has the ability to attack just as destructively as the Aguresshibu Style but also has the ability to defend themselves from attacks in a comfortable manner like with the Sairensa Style. However, two major factors differ this style from just the simple meshing of both these heavily hand to hand combat dependent styles. The ability to give devastating blows and counters based on position of the body would be accessible knowledge to users of this style for being such a high rank, so movements aren't usually wasted on simply attacking the opponent blindly to land hits. The second factor is that the user will take the opponent's thought process and mind stability into consideration, and will try in any manner to psych the opponent out. One way to implement this psych out is the ability to fight in several different stances.
Preferably these stances are very low to the ground and involve a lot of crouching in order to throw off the enemy. However stances used are not set in stone, and from user to user, can be quite unorthodox. The style in general is more offensive than defensive, but depending on each individual user, the style can be used just as well by waiting for the enemy to attack them before performing destructive counter techniques to the attacker's joints.
Because this style was meant more for the psychological effect on the enemy, the need for genjutsu became a necessity to successfully accomplish this feat. The genjutsus created through the theory of this style became a huge basis to accomplish the user's goal to see and alter the vivid memories of companionship and friends, accomplishments, or even knowledge of the current enemy. The purpose of performing this specific genjutsu is to get into the opponent's mind and alter major factors of several different things from their memories. Naturally, the more knowledge the actual user knows about their opponent before even activating the genjutsu, the better the vivid and more believable memory will be when being produced into their mind.
Origin/History:
Lex's great uncle and a member of one of the lowest ranked branches of the clan, Vincent, realized that a good amount of effective ninjas knew of their clan's ability to fight hand to hand and also noticed that they had begun to shift their fighting tactics to overthrow government figures based on this knowledge. Fighting these ninjas hand to hand began to become irritating at first, then it became difficult, then it became a problem. From this, Vincent realized that he would need to have a better or even second approach that wouldn't cost so many lives of the Prailius. What he created was the style of perfectly fusing the two defensive and offensive styles they already used into one complete style, along with adding his own tactics of grappling an opponent's attack and aiming for the destruction of their joints. This became quite useful after the shift of fighting that had began on the battlefield. With most ninjas attacking head on or were trying to remain defensive, the Heki Risu Style had successfully countered very powerful blows and broken through the most complicated defenses.
Vincent was also very fascinated by the use of genjutsu from the enemy, and decided to find any way possible to use the power of the tactic for himself and his fellow clan members. After studying society, the enemy, and the government's mindset and the behavior of others for quite some time, he decided to dedicate the rest of his life to applying genjutsu to the Prailius arsenal, disregarding his ninjutsu Jinsoku Style all together in the process. His only concern for the use of genjutsu was to plant memories into the opponent's mind about conflicting personal history to make the enemy suffer and lose their will to fight, making them much easier to fight hand to hand. The vivid memories of companionship and friends, accomplishments, or even knowledge are twisted to make them all negative influences onto the opponent's actions and thoughts of themselves. However, the more knowledge the actual user knows about their opponent, the better the vivid and more believable memory will be when being produced into their mind.
Vincent then felt that from this addition to his creation, that his Heki Risu Style was finally complete. However this part of the style was later worked on and modified by another Prailius member to successfully implant positive memories into fellow friend's and other comrade's thoughts in order to give them an extra boost in determination and drive for the battle field and for getting things completed in a better fashion or just better in general. The use of genjutsu to manipulate other's minds was just considered one jutsu, but it was determined later that a major factor differed in the positive influence and negative influence, so it was decided to give the two different jutsus a separate name.
Noba Shakou Style/Nova Shade Style

Style Weapon: N/A
Description: Unlike the previous three taijutsu based styles, the Noba Shakou Style is based not only heavily, but almost solely on patience. The user must be well trained in all three fighting styles in order to use this style properly and correctly. The basis of this style is to dodge and evade the opponent's attack constantly, not even bothering to counter whatsoever and let the opponent or opponents attack for the majority of a fight until they waste most of their resources and energy while they remain fresh for fighting. This is also the only other style other than the Aguresshibu Style that can properly take on more than one opponent with ease. The master user will attempt to evade every single attack thrown at them until two factors become into play. If the user feels that an opponent is charging up for a powerful attack they are not able to dodge or evade, or the opponent is too quick for them to evade, then they will use the several different jutsus based off of this style. If successful at wasting the opponent's resources, the user will then either implement all three styles simultaneously to attack and defend against the opponent, or will simply use their powerful jutsu techniques to finish the opponent(s) off.
The second basis of this style is being able to expel chakra from the body through perfect chakra control at the cost of mental input of the user. After about twenty minutes once the chakra is expelled from the user's body, the user will become significantly slower in receptive ability and processing movement. (Movements that are regular will seem much faster or even super quick to the user) The advantages over the Jinsoku Style's version of expelling chakra from the body is having the chakra 3 to 5 times denser than Jinsoku's expelled chakra as well as being much easier for the user to control. Because of the user's understanding of perfect chakra control, they are able to create solid chakra sheets instead of just chakra bits like Jinsoku Style users.
Exhaustion Level of Nova Shade Style

Origin/History:
The most recent female head, or queen, of the royal branch, Nadia, had dedicated her young life and became very familiar with all four styles to the point of being comfortable with exhibiting each style with ease. She however did not delve into the genjutsu part of the Heki Risu Style, feeling that she did not wish to manipulate others thoughts as it was too underhanded for her tastes. Even without the use of genjutsu, she was able to understand most if not all opposing fighting techniques through the knowledge of attack and defense she had acquired through the understanding of her own clan's seemingly basic but complex styles. She had decided that through her extensive knowledge and understanding of these fighting styles, she would enter battle herself whenever the leader of the clan would head out as well. During most, if not all of her battles, she would patiently dodge and evade oncoming attacks and weapons for several minutes on end, making their enemies use up all of their items and strength before deciding to retaliate back with her skill and prowess.
Also, from the understanding of the Jinsoku Style, she had managed to grasp the concept of perfect chakra control, and created several different jutsus that differed from the Jinsoku Style's cost method. Because Nadia barely used adrenaline during fights, even if she wished to, she found it nearly impossible to substitute the little amount of active adrenaline to expel chakra from her body after being able to dodge and evade attacks without barely having to use much energy. So with much practice and much alteration, Nadia was able to shift the cost of expelling the chakra out of her body from adrenaline to her actual mental input through neurology. Because of this significant change though she was not able to expel chakra nearly as enough times compared to using the Jinsoku Style to do it. She however found out that the advantage of using the technique was making it much denser by 3 to 5 times that of the Jinsoku style, making it nearly impenetrable. Also because her goal was not to explode any of this separated chakra, she quickly made it more of a defensive weapon whenever needed, and through perfect chakra control use unlike the Jinsoku Style users, she is able to make a perfectly solid and intensely dense chakra barrier around whatever she is trying to protect. This is her preferred action when expelling chakra, but she had made other uses for the style as well.

- Appearance: Basic Chinese-looking sword with a silver handle and royal blue blade. The clan's insignia is on both sides of the blade in silver. (Chinese swords are single-edged swords with a slight curved shape to their design)

Range: Mid-range: Around 14 to 15 inches.
Special Abilities: It is very durable due to the custom alloy that makes it.
Descriptions: Works as a regular sword would do. It's as good as the user wielding it.
Origin: The very first leader of the Prailius clan, Artemis, traveled overseas a lot, and while doing so he stumbled upon many different weapons that intrigued and interested him. For the sheer fact of wanting the sword to look different than most traditional weapons, he told the locals of that area what he now wanted in a blade of his own. From his unusual description, the locals told him to take his now purchased Chinese sword and travel to another country that was quite successful at making creative items and custom designs. After arriving to this new foreign country, he went to many blacksmiths and told them of his design. They were not familiar with the blade, or the unusual design, so they instead created him a special hardened metal alloy which they tinted royal blue at Artemis' request for him to purchase and take back to his own land. After purchasing the alloy, he traveled back to his own country and eventually arrived at his own village with the alloy material and the original Chinese sword to use as a template when creating the custom sword. Their own blacksmiths were able to make several different pieces until finally they were able to make an acceptable representation with the custom designs successfully carved into them.
This alloy is really hard, and is said to be nearly as hard as titanium, but is in fact really light. The density of this alloy is high, and the actual use of the weapon is demonstrated through the seemingly rapid swinging but effectively well placed strikes of the wielder.
Prode
- Spoiler:
- Appearance: A basic pair of Chinese-looking tonfas made up mostly of the same custom royal blue alloy that was commonly used by the Prailius clan while the outer region of it consists of a silver metal skeleton. There are many different designs to the tonfas that they created itself, but they all bear the same name. Depending on how wide the forearm part of an individual set of the tonfas are, the clan's insignia will be on both sides of the blade in silver. Special Abilities: It is very durable due to the custom alloy that makes it.
Descriptions: Works as a regular tonfa would do. It's as good as the user wielding it.
Origin: Niaxa, the leader that had created the Sairensa Style, had become successful in spreading this second approach to fighting into the Prailius clan to the point of making it just as equally used as the Aguresshibu Style. Niaxa watched the users of the Aguresshibu Style and noticed their fluent and easy use of the Catalyst as their main weapon for the style. From this, Niaxa felt that it was now time to introduce a main weapon into her own new style. She tried many weapons, but felt it did not meld together correctly with this aesthetic and graceful fighting style. Finally however, Niaxa began to use a pair of tonfas, and realized that the speed and defense in close combat situations were nearly perfect to use for the style. She at first used this weapon for training purposes only of the Sairensa Style, not wanting those to use the weapon in real battles until they became masters of it. Eventually, the tonfas became a standard addition to the Sairensa Style altogether and she would name it Prodes.

Description:
The jutsu itself works when the user's chakra is used mainly as bullets being fired from their body. Usually from the index finger that is pointed like a gun at the opponent, sharp powerful bursts of chakra can be blasted towards them. And when it enters the enemy’s body, it can cause either one of two effects depending on the style that it is activated under.
The sniper jutsu used with the Sairensa style is ideal for light-hearted fighters with it's more non-lethal techniques for the desire to only disable or neutralize the enemy. Instead of like the Hyuga’s Gentle Fist, (though it could possibly administer the same effect) it is not concentrated on the sixty-four chakra points of the body; instead it is solely used to paralyze the opponent where ever they are hit on the body. The time limit of that body part being disabled depends on rank, which is accordingly.
Rank Standings
C Rank effective hit lasts 4 posts, B rank effective hit lasts 5 posts, A rank effective hit lasts 6 posts, and S rank effective hit lasts 7 posts. The difference in rank is the concentration of that chakra being molded into the opponent's body, making the disabling of that body part that much stronger. Along with this difference is the firing speed amongst each upper rank. The firing speed of the chakra blast in this style is 10 mph in C Rank, 20 mph in B Rank, 40 mph in A rank, and 80 mph in S Rank. The amount of chakra blasts that can be fired is each according to rank. C Rank can fire up to 15 chakra blasts, B Rank can fire up to 30 chakra blasts, A Rank can fire up to 60 chakra blasts, and S Rank can fire up to 100 chakra blasts.

Description:
The sniper jutsu when used in Aguresshibu (aggressive) style can bring upon devastating effects among the one it's aimed for. The user disperses immense amounts of chakra out of their own body at their opponent to accomplish several different things. Since this style is meant to severely hurt the opponent and does not take in regard the enemy's life, the use of the jutsu in this style can easily and severely injure the opponent. Once firing these bullet-like chakra blasts at their opponent, the user will be able to successfully explode this amount of chakra near their opponent, like a single grenade. The intensity of the blast heavily depends on the skill and precision of each user, but this display can be ranked B when being performed by that of a mediocre user. The effect of this mediocre result could be that of a 10 meter explosion.
The other display of attack with this jutsu in this style is actually penetrating this form of chakra into the opponent, which may just usually paralyze the opponent wherever they are affected just like from the use of this jutsu in the Sairensa style. However, the use of this jutsu from an S rank clan member can be very deadly and almost very quick. The repeated efforts of drawing chakra and firing at the opponent and even landing a hit on the target are exactly the same, but through the intense knowledge, understanding, and long use in practice of this jutsu, S rank users may kill their opponent through the use of this technique. The user must aim and directly hit for the opponent’s organs, otherwise it will simply paralyze the opponent wherever they are hit. But when successfully hitting their intended target of an organ, they are able to explode this amount of chakra, which will more than likely kill the opponent instantly. Unless a clan member is an S rank ninja or is very highly trained in this style, the use of this jutsu will simply burn up the user's chakra, so it’s not used commonly. The actual effort to perform this style is instant, and doesn't require much time whatsoever to muster the chakra to dispense out of the body.

Description:
This jutsu is performed when the user distributes and spreads their own chakra around their body into the immediate surrounding area around them. Because of the chakra being intensely compact, any viewer of this act may see these chakra bits to look dark blue. However, once these chakra bits are used for any purpose, the color will become a light grey color. Fifty meters is as far as even the most accomplished Prailius has accomplished. After distributing their chakra into the air, they then make their chakra explode rapidly into harmful and lethal blasts of energy, creating extreme explosions that look like grenades. The effect of these explosions depend on the user's skill and precision, but usually causes severe damage to the opponent from the natural intensity of the chakra bits that are even used to begin with.
The actual form that clan members prefer to use this jutsu is through the spreading out of the expelled chakra in a tight to loose dome format. It's only natural that they will try and spread the chakra bits far enough (usually 15 to 20 meters at best) away from themselves before exploding each of these chakra bits into separate explosions all at once. (The blast radius normally is 5 meters range max unless specifically trying to put more effort into the blast radius) There is two ways that that the chakra can explode, which can be loose and then controlled.
The controlled explosion blasts only outward from this chakra dome (or whatever form the user decides to produce) which does no harm to the user and can essentially mean that the user can tighten this protective form much tighter for defense of himself or any team mates. The loose explosion may usually be used against more experienced and hardened shinobi, usually that of high rank or of quick speed to get past the user's defensive form of chakra. This explosion blasts in any and all directions, preferred to catch any and all enemies who have tried to slip by this loose barrier. If decided to use a loose explosion, naturally causing whatever effects on anyone inside the dome as well as outside depending on distance away from the initial explosions. Considering the normal distance (15 to 20 meters) the user will spread the chakra away from himself, the explosion will cause the user to fall onto their back, be dazed, and be temporarily impaired in the ears from the ringing of the explosion. Usually there are no other effects, but of course the less distance that separates the user from the explosion, the more serious the effects are going to be.
This jutsu takes much of the user's chakra to do and should only be used when faced with no other choice. The jutsu is ideal for immediate last ditch efforts, this is because the actual performance of this jutsu takes a lot of chakra away from the user, more than likely leaving them vulnerable to the enemy's jutsus and being limited to only performing their natural skill of taijutsu.

The intensity of the explosions from each chakra blast explosion will be rated accordingly. 5 meters radius at A Rank, 10 meters radius at S Rank, and 25 meters radius for anything higher than S Rank. (Unless otherwise noted)
The amount of explosions that can be set off at once is the exact amount of chakra blasts that can be used in the aggressive sniper jutsu. A Rank users are able to explode up to 20 chakra blasts, S Rank users are able to explode up to 40 chakra blasts, SS Rank or anything higher than S Rank users can explode up to 80 chakra blasts.

For an A rank user, the protective barrier will disappear after 3 posts. For a S rank user, the protective barrier will disappear after 4 posts. For any SS or higher rank user, the protective barrier will disappear after 5 posts.

They will implement a pushing motion to cause this 'chakra gate' to zoom towards their opponent. This chakra gate, called Luxury Cypher, if used by an S Rank user, will be up to 7 meters high and 7 meters wide. If used by a SS Rank user, it will be up to 10 meters high and 10 meters wide.

S Rank: They are able to push the Luxury Cypher 75 meters forward and may curve it only 45 degrees in a direction if trying to turn it.

Description: Scheme Limit Obverse Will technique is the very first genjutsu technique created by Vincent for use from the rest of the Prailius clan. This jutsu is performed by the user after the opponent looks them straight in the eye for one full second. When successful, the user's blue eyes will glow and the things that seemed to drive that person to continue fighting or to carry on will begin to fade into an opposite and negative effect for that person. The user will plant fake memories of the person's close friends or relatives suddenly disliking them or will take away any accomplishments that they have managed over their life time. The purpose of this jutsu is to take away the opponent's will to fight back and to demoralize them, making them much easier to fight and conquer when the user goes in to strike.

The rank difference when using this jutsu depends on the individual user's actual understanding of the psychology of people during battle. The better they understand, the more stronger the jutsu is going to be. Also the rank difference depends on the amount of information that the user is trying to change.

Description: False Aspiration Scenario Treatment technique is the jutsu that has been modified by a later Prailius clan member after Vincent's creation of the S.L.O.W. technique jutsu. This jutsu is performed by the user after the opponent looks them straight in the eye for one full second. When successful, the user's blue eyes will glow and the things that seemed to drive that person to continue fighting or to carry on will begin to have either a boosted effect or they will be scenarios recreated altogether in order to give the subject drive. The user will usually plant fake memories of random people that do no exist either liking the person to a subtle degree or a lot as well as give them made up accomplishments that will make them feel like they have done quite a lot, and will usually make them try to produce more accomplishments. The purpose of this jutsu is to create a false but very strong sense of worth to the degree of actually striving to become better, which actually makes them perform duties and tasks to their optimum degree that they are fully capable of. It was meant to also promote stability amongst fellow clan members when things seemed utterly hopeless, so they used the genjutsu on themselves and their friends in order to have the will to continue and go on when their current situation seems very grim.

As well please explain in your clan history on how your clan was able to know of the hyugga's bloodline and how they were exact able to make a copy of it. This as well includes a mention that your clan is actually branch out from the Hyugga.
The Prailiuses were trained in the arts of excessive distribution; military force tactics. They are one of the few clans who supposedly have the supply of three times the average ninja’s chakra reserves. The equalizer is that it takes a lot of chakra to use any of the military jutsus, and besides the very basic or noteworthy commonly used jutsus (distributing chakra to the feet to walk on water and walls for example), they are not aware of any of the other jutsus, making most clan members vulnerable some times to even the most easiest of weapons or problems that Academy Students can avoid (random flying kunais and shrapnel or falling from high heights for example.) Because of their lack of knowledge on using jutsus however, this is why they rely on their bodies a lot more than any other average clan, helping them to accomplish amazing feats. Their saying is "To overcome any obstacle through the forces of your own capability and skill." This saying drives clan members to train their bodies to take on much more opposing force or resistance in general than moderate taijutsu fighters. They usually run into battle head on, but rely solely on these said "natural skills" to overcome their problems. They however are not reckless; if the entire clan realizes that their enemy can not be taken down through hand to hand combat alone, even with their superior skills, they rely on their military jutsu tactics of overpower and overkill. (distribution of sniper jutsu or rapid grenade jutsu to defend and attack simultaneously)
