The fashion:
Appearance: Ochita Iryo is a slightly taller then normal at 6'1". His body is built very muscular and thin weighing in at about 145.3 lbs his body weight consists of mostly muscle. His hair is long and thin and is for the most part is free to blow around in the wind in the back his hair is tied into a ponytail that reaches down to his mid-back. He is usually seen wearing a simple blue robe like outfit with a black t-shirt under it and dark gray pants. his head band is tied around his waist with a blue band.
Personality: Ochita's personality is difficult to discern, as he is a sadistic, yet polite, helpful man with a dry sense of humor. He enjoys playing mind games with his enemies, often unnerving them by pointing out their weaknesses and turning personal horrors against them. He has a hard time tolerating rudeness and disrespect.
Ochita has a taste for blood both literal and figuratively, he enjoys using his skills to prolong the defeat of his opponents. When around ninja's who do what there supposed to and listen he actually enjoys training them, but he has a tendancy to push the ninja's to there limits while training.

Clan History: The Satetsu clan has been around for hundreds of years. It is believed the clan was started by the third kazekage but no one is sure. As time went by, the ninja in the clan began to experiment with there powers and found they could control most metals not just iron sand.
With each generation new combination and jutsu are created. Usually specific jutsu stay within a select family within the clan, where most clan members use iron sand, some families withing the clan also use iron sand fused with poion or even small blade fragments.

Rp sample: Here is a RP sample of one of my characters(same name but different characters)

- Ochita had entered his hospital room to find several new 'patients' tied down to different hospital beds along with several new animals varying from birds, to small animals like dogs,cats, and bats.
With a grin Ochita walked over to examine the different people he had to experiment on, with a grin he took a cage with several bats in it and one of the 'patients' and pulled them both into one of his experiment rooms.
Ryuu took two of the bats out of the cage and released a small amount of lightning chakra into there bodies as to stun them. He then walked over to the 'patient' and slapped him as to wake him up, he wanted the man to feel every single thing he was about to do to him.
"Its time to start my friend...." he said as chakra began to glow around his hands, however he needed it to be more precise for what he was about to do. Focusing even more the chakra slowly focused to a single spot over his middle and pointer finger, causing the chakra blade to not only become more precise but much sharper.
His smile twisted into an evil grin as he approached the 'patient' flipping him onto his back, he then presided to glide his fingers across two sections over the man's shoulder blades. Through out the "dark side" of the hospital screams could be heard as the cuts were formed. He then stepped over to the bats while the man lay there bleeding and quickly sliced of the two bat's wings, then taking the wings dripping in the bats blood he walked back over to the man and placed the two sets of wings over the shoulder blades, two wings on each.
Ochita's hands both then began to glow a bright green color as he healed the man's shoulders and fusing him with the bat wings. However Ochita wasn't done, next he yet again flipped the man over and yet again his fingers began to grow blue as he cut a slice right above the 'patients' heart, and yet again the man screamed. Then taking one of the bat's and picked him up and cut it open letting the blood drip straight into the man's body. As the bat blood began pumping through the mans body Ochita yet again healed the mans wounds. However at the last moment the man's heart seamed to stop.
"God dammit!" Ochita growled as he placed both his hands over the mans chest and released a large amount of lightning chakra through out the man's body in order to restart the heart. After a pause the patient's heart slowly started to beat again.
With that Ochita left the man there for awhile tied down to the hospital bed as he left the room to take a short nap in his office.
Ochita had awoken in his office and returned to the hospital room to find his newest experiment heavily sedated and out cold but alive none the less, not only that but the two sets of wings had grown in size almost ten fold. "Someone must have come and put you out....I wonder what you were doing to bother them.." he whispered to himself as he pushed the hospital bed into another room with the patient still strapped down to it.
Upon a closer look Ochita realized that the man's face began to deform, his features starting to match that of a vampire bat. His teeth had all grown out a bit and become sharp, as well as the nails on both his hands and feet had extended and now look more like claws then nails. He then carefully opened one of the man's eye lids to check the eyes, they had changed to a deep red color and the pupil's had shrunk in size. However to offset that the man's ears also seamed to have grown.
Ochita then continued to place a seal on the man's tongue and then placed his right hand on the man's shoulder. The seal on the tongue completed and takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines from the back of the tongue to the tip. The seal on his shoulder appears to look like barb wire warping around his shoulder, if it ever came to a point when the man tried to talk about Ochita, the seal on the tongue would stop that, and if he ever tried to act out ageist him Ochita could activate the seal on his shoulder in order to immobilize him.
"Now...to set you up to become a personal summon" he said as he placed another personal seal on the man's stomach, this seal would make it so in a time of need Ochita could use a regular summoning jutsu in order to summon him.
Ochita then took the man and locked him into a cage in his storage room, his other summonings lay lounging around no longer in cages do to the fact they no longer objected to Ochita's wish. One day soon Ochita hoped the same would be accomplished with this ninja.

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Raiton no Yoroi in a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing his body with the Lightning Element, Raikage will greatly increase his speed, power and reaction time. This Lightning chakra will also act as a defensive shield, being able to greatly decrease the strength of incoming attacks, like a Chidori. The increase in speed will also grant him reflexes on par with Yondaime Hokage. These abilities will also be used in conjunction with his already powerful Taijutsu to create even deadlier attacks.

Raiton • Shichuu Shibari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. Four large earthen pillars will rise to surround the target summon. Lightning will then be unleashed to stun the target. This will be the second attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU. First will be Fuuton • Kazekiri to cut and immobilize the target. Then Shichuu Shibari is used. Finally Doton • Otoshi Buta to imprison the summon in a gigantic sealed pot.

Kakashi will use the jutsu by placing his hands on the ground. This causes an earthen wall marked by canine heads to rise.
Doryuu Jouheki - Earth Style Rampart

Satetsu Kaihou is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Sasori in conjunction with Sandaime Kazekage. Using the Sandaime Kazekage puppet's ability to manipulate Iron Sand, Sasori would mix in his deadly poison to bolster the techniques lethality. Using a massive amount of iron sand, Sasori will cause a huge 3D lattice work of spikes to form, piercing most anything in its path.
If one gets scratched by the poisoned sand spikes, the individual's body goes numb almost instantly and stops moving. Within three days the individual will die unless an antidote is administered.

These shapes can extend to form gigantic piercing cones or heavy crushing blocks.

Satetsu Shigure is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Sasori in conjunction with Sandaime Kazekage. Using the Sandaime Kazekage puppet's ability to manipulate Iron Sand, Sasori will form the sand into small piercing clumps which can rain down on his opponent. Because of the deadliness of the attack, a ninja must do all they can to avoid it, rather than make any attempt to block it.

- Ochita was born into a family of ninjas in the village of Moon. As he grew he was taught simple ninjutsu, however his parents feared as they saw what he had begun to do with them. Growing up he had begun to attack small animals like cats and small dogs. As the years continued he was told he was forbiden to use his jutsu unless his parents were with him. However he completly ignored them and began to become even more sneeky and began to attack the creatures when no one could sneak up on him.
The Academy (7-8 )

- On his seventh birthday his parents had finally calmed down and seamed to think their son had calmed down as well and decided to enroll him in the academy. His time in the academy was short lived as he graduated just over a year later. During his time as a genin he learned a few different things such as further chanaling his chakra for different uses as well as furthering his skill in the ninja arts. During this time he began his training in the clan arts.
Genin years (8-10)
- Spoiler:
- After graduating from the academy he was placed into a team and got to further his training in the magnetic arts and began to learn how to control iron sand. One day he went out in order to try his new skills out on a few animals, however the kage(Ryuu Satsukari) had approached him while he attacking the animals. Ochita thought he would find himself in trouble, however the exact opposite happened, the kage took him in and began to train him himself.

- Around his tenth birthday he wanted to join the chuunin exams, but his teachers refused to let him since most ninja in the exam where atleast fifteen, however after a demonstration of some of the powers he had kept hidden to only himself and the kage. After that his teachers and him came to an agreement that he had to continue as a genin for one more year then he would be allowed to join the chuunin exams. A few days after his eleventh birthday both of his parents were killed leaving him as the new head of the Satsetsu clan and the sole possessor of the Kossetsu burēdo (Fracture Blades). That day Ryuu Satsukari had chosen to adopt him, taking Ochita as his son.
The Days of the chuunin(11-12)

- After his graduation to chuunin, he continued his training in the arts of lightning, magnetism, and Iron sand. He also began to teach himself how to use his father's Shatter blades. During this time he began to get close to Ryuu satsukari and even began to call him 'father.' Ryuu began to teach him in the arts of Earth ninjutsu and also helped him in the arts of kenjutsu.
Jounin(12-15)

- A week after his twelve birthday Ryuu Satsukari approached him and informed him that he was being pr emoted to jounin and was being given a squad of genin. The squad he was given however refused to listen to most of what Ochita told them since they were all older then he was. On there first mission(a year after they had been put together) the squad was attacked by a group of rouge ninja and killed do to there lack of teamwork. When Ochita returned to the village in order to tell his father(Ryuu) what had happened he found out that he had been killed by a ninja known as "Chojiro." From that moment on he vowed to get revenge on the person who took his father's life. Ochita kept his goal to himself and slowly began to commit small acts of treachery on the village, selling information to enemies and even killing off some of the civilians. He currently waits for the perfect time to commit his final act of anger in the village before leaving in search of the group known as "Akatsuki."

Add the rest of the ranks to the jutsu and add the custom jutsu now if you want to use them. Otherwise you have to train them.
